I shop here for the items I can't get elsewhere in fashion.  I like that I can get garment measurements, which hardly any one else provides.  QVC also offers a good assortment of wide shoes, which I require.  This used to be a good thing, but lately those wide shoes come with small/tight toeboxes, as I have experienced and read about repeatedly about in the reviews.  So not sure this is still an advantage.  They seem to have stopped bringing Fly London wide shoes, which I love!  Hope they bring them back.

And in some occasions they have better prices than other retailers. I have seen this in handbags, and more especially, beauty.  They occasionally have great values in beauty when buying large sizes or kits.

A few times it's just something I want to try because QVC still has that unconditional 30 day money back guarantee.  We have to eat the shipping cost, but they will take the item back and issue a refund.  Some places give a lot of pushback.

But if one expects delivery by a date certain, QVC is the worst when it comes to delivery and customer services.  They don't know where the items are or when they are coming.  They are stuck for days in delivery depots.  Weird.  I am guessing that they get cut rate delivery, and that is what we get.

And yes many of the items available elsewhere can be bought for less or with free shipping and handling.

QVC shipping and handling adds a lot to cost when several items are ordered.  A recent order of mine had about $40 in S&H.  And QVC saves by shipping orders placed at separate times in the same package, which I have never seen any other vendor do.

@NYCLatinaMe  and @layla2450      I don't purchase clothes from QVC.   I prefer the clothes I find on the Macy's, Talbots, etc websites.  QVC rarely carries shoes in my size.   I have noticed that the handbags I am interested in that QVC sells I can definitely find on other retailer websites at either the same price with no shipping fee or a better price and no shipping fee.  The only thing I usually purchase from QVC is TOVA Signature Eau de Parfum.   On a rare occasion I will buy makeup if it comes in a set.  Since I purchase so little from QVC I have never had different orders arrive in the same package.  

At one time I purchased a great deal from QVC,  In fact,  I did most of my Christmas shopping with QVC.   But I stopped doing that years ago due to their prices, their shipping fees, and boring inventory.

That's good to hear - glad you got yours.  I don't need them 'til January when I take my Christmas decorations down so I'm hoping.  

Actually mine was shipped yesterday!
