You think Q's returns are bad/slow?

I returned a few things to J Jill on 10/15.  The return was "tendered to the return agent" on 10/17.  I still have not received a credit on my J Jill credit card. They received it on 10/25 - said credit would be issued in 5 business days.  Outrageous.

Chicos is about the same thing.

@FranandZoe

yes I do

If wishes came true, they would do like Amazon (usually) does and credit the account as soon as the return is logged in to the postal service.

I would cut J Jill and Chico's some slack. Neither is the behemoth retailer that QVC is.

But as an aside, the only reason I would ever order online from J Jill or Chico's is that I can easily and in 10 minutes make returns to a b&m store.

Thanks.

I'm so spoiled by Macy's - free returns and very fast.

If I had J Jill or Chicos nearby I'd do the same.

If they received the return on 10/25, that's only 3 days to process it.

Allowing 5 business days for the refund to show up on your CC is not unusual and is controlled by the bank that issues the CC.

Good luck having a return received and processed in 3 days with QVC.

I don't even get the emails from Q stating " your return is on its way". And still an item " in process" 3 plus weeks and counting.

A blanket release of all " in process " items would be nice. Let those of us that want to cancel to do so.

I just received an email about the shipping was delayed on one of my orders.  I tried to cancel and it won't let me.  I wanted the sweater for this weekend as I am going out of town and wanted it for that.

@Pecky

I would email the Mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, explain this to them and ask for your shipping and return shipping fees to be waived.

I can't even track the returns anymore on the QVC app. If QVC is trying to go out of business with all of this, they are doing a good job.

I only get them sometimes.
