Yesterdays TSV shipping 4/18...BUT was charged today

I ordered this TSV yesterday and was surprised to see the charge on my VISA today. I called CS and was told that it will disappear in a few days, they have to make sure the account is ok......I find that strange. How can they charge me before they ship it??

I don't remember this happening in the past...but I might have had a senior moment
