Yes, it's a luxury. QVC doesn't *need* a forum board. It's just value-added.

It is a FREE service...

I guess we get what we pay for...it may be free, but there is no value any longer.

You said it very well.  It's lost any value for QVC customers.

That was my point: we pay nothing so we get nothing

Not really.  They don't charge us directly, as in a membership fee or something like that (though I shudder to have given them the idea), but our purchases pay for the overall QVC operation, including this...  such as it is...

I just laugh, schools out and this must of been a "school project" or a project for one the Executives' kids....this is bad.

Free or not, 1st the website changes and now the forum changes...guess the Q doesn't want any customers...you can't believe how much LESS time I've spent on here and on their site.

Honestly, I don't see what everyone has their panties all in a knot about. I am not crazy about the format, but I'll get used to it. Ranting and raving and swearing you will stop shopping at QVC is just immature, IMO. This is a nice service that is provided to us for free, and I appreciate that. Why not try it a while and give yourself a chance to adjust? Geez, when I was working constant flux and change was the norm.I am used to it.
