My doorbell rang and there was my QVC package, safely delivered in the middle of a snowstorm!

The streets are terrible, the sight line is snowstorm whiteout, the weather is freezing, and the snow is coming down non-stop.

The item was shipped premium delivery (UPS overnight), and out in the street was a private car, with the radio music blasting away.

Somehow QVC made sure my package arrived on time.

Not true.  QVC has to process it first, then hand it off in a timely fashion. The whole thing has to go smoothly.

BUT QVC didn't do any of that in a snowstorm. It didn't start snowing in the Philly area until Wednesday afternoon, so UPS delivered in a snowstorm, NOT QVC. When QVC processed the order there was no snow.

Seriously?  Did someone from QVC put it on your porch?  I think not.  All QVC has to do is box it in a warehouse and UPS picks it up.  They have very little to do in the process. Thank the hard working folks at UPS!
