If I see a host wearing something that I'm interested in purchasing, I will call customer service and ask what the item is. However, many times when I call I am told the host is wearing her own, non-QVC items, only to discover a day or so later that the item actually is a Q item but it just wasn't available that day. For example, on Wednesday afternoon during Q Check Albany was wearing a lovely coin pearl necklace. I called CS to find out whether it was a Q item and was told it was her own. Lo and behold on Thursday, the necklace is on the website as one of Lisa's Posh Presents! I have no problem being told that the item is a Q item that isn't available now but will be available on such and such a date but why would you have CS tell us it's not a Q item when it is? It's very frustrating and very disingenuous.
