I ordered a Balsam Wreath by Valerie on December 17th for my parents. I had also ordered on for my sister earlier and that one was delivered fine.
I just decided to send on to my parents and this wreath was to be delivered by December 24th, I know promises, promises....
Then the UPS indicated Delivery by December 28th, so I emailed QVC-CS 2 days ago to ask why.
I didn't get a response, so checked again to see the status.
NOW it says "Returned" -- it never was even shipped.
I never have problems, and I know waiting too late can cause problems, but it was ordered on the 17th -- plenty of time I would think.
If there was problems, from weather to whatever, QVC should have contacted me.
I really, really understand mailing problems...but really!!
Has anyone else's Christmas Wreath lost, not delivered or RETURNED??
