No survey for me.

Since I already took the survey I can't go back to it but

I will say almost every question revolved around :

- hosts

- shipping

- prices

- selection of items 

-TSV and presentation or shall I say "infomercials"

- if it's good TSVs are run days after🤔

- and most importantly, where did you do MOST shopping for 🎄 and how much QVC

or some form of the above questions.

I hope they truly read these surveys 🙂🤞🏻

I didn't get the survey, but I probably wouldn't fill it out if I did. Surveys don't measure our opinions; they shape them. The questions are usually asked in such a way that they get the answers they want.

I got one survey about the Joyce Giraud hair care line. I love the line and gave it glowing reviews.

Same with me.  I've been customer for over 30 years, I spend thousands every year and it's like I don't exist to them.  I get nothing.

I get lots of surveys too. 

However, from what I can tell, they don't listen to any of my answers.

Nope. Never received the survey nor any surveys.  Add to that never received any mugs or their goodies the Q sent out over the years. 

However, I do know that they love me as they send me the bills for my many many  purchases. Oh well.
