They have nerve selling more computers when they can't get mine shipped that I ordered on Aug. 30th.  Tired of the shipping issues here.

@BalletBabe

I hate long "processing" times and wonder what the real problem is.

Short-staffed in shipping ... or the warehouse?

WHAT is the problem????

HSN no issues with ups deliveries. Sorry @BalletBabe your experiencing issues. I like your name @BalletBabe. I would request the computer have a price adjustment. For the long wait time. Good luck!

@vegan4ever   TY for the name.   You think they would do that?

This Computer is for my Grandson and he needs it for school.  I have never been this upset with QVC as I am now. They wonder why they are losing Customers.

@BalletBabe - It's worth a try...can't hurt asking...example I've experienced positive results with HSN whenever returning defective items never paying return shipping including for the inconveniences spendable cash. I'm never rude always politely asking. That's very important. This works every time.

@BalletBabe ...........I do believe that computers are made as they are ordered.  I dont know if that is all computer companies or not.  In May I ordered a new HP desk top and I did not get it until August.  That way computers are not sitting on a shelf waiting to be bought and become outdated before they are sold.

The last few items I ordered seem to have extended shipping times. Not the usual wait time.

@charsha. They aren't upfront with Advanced Shipping are they? I'd rather see honesty!

Most of these computer packages have been made in advance. It is a way for HP to use up inventory of older processing chipset and clear out stocks, as the computer models being hawked on TV has already been replaced by a newer item. QVC would negotiate to buy these 'cheaper' models so they can bundle it with a bunch of 'useless' software programs and accessories to make for a positive-friendly profite margin selling price.

The computers are still decent, but they are now outdated just like if you were to buy an iPhone 16 over the next few weeks. Still highly functionable, but soon to be no longer the current model with the newest components.
