Would you be concerned if you received a Josie Maran BB from QVC and it did not have a seal under the lid? I've ordered several of her BB and have always removed a seal. I'm just wondering?

YES!!!!!

Call cs and see if they will send you a replacement, or at least, credit you for that one.

I wouldn't trust anything that didn't come with a seal on it.

I would request a replacement.

Nope, lots of them don't have seals. The small ones seem to but not the bigger ones.

  Don't use the product!!! Sounds like it was compromised!! Call customer service for a replacement.Ask them to waive return charge plus original shipping charges. Better safe than sorry!!

You need to contact Customer Service and tell them what you just said in your thread.  I would be concerned if all other BB's had a seal.

From reading posts, some of her items are not sealed.  The mod will confirm.

@Beth-QVC  Item # A283967. Neither the BB or Face butter had a seal on it. The top of the lid on the BB is all scratched up.
