Forever in process.....can’t get thru to customer svc....now they are not accepting my “30” yr old Q Card and asking for a new CC!!!!!!! What’s going on??????

@metrogal Your best bet is 2 things:

 

Post your situation on the Customer Care forum

 

Send them an email at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

 

That's the best way to reach them and they DO respond.

did you get a new Q CARD when they switched CC companies @metrogal ?
