Don't order A702413 for 49.98 you will be charged

54.98.  I called in and pointed out their error and they said even though that was an error they couldn't change the  price. I said well you should have changed it, then.

They wouldn't. I cancelled the order. Don't like being baited and switched.

You're right. It is still labeled as a TSV with the TSV price. Then it changes to the higher price when you click on it to buy.

What makes me mad is the CS rep said that price was from the 19th !!

Well, lady you've had a week to fix it and didn't

I hung up on her and cancelled the order.

That happened to me one time.  The Lunchtime Special never got switched back to regular pricing.   I went to order it and it charged me for the regular pricing.

When I called CS, they gave me the lower price listed.

I won't answer that except to say I'm happy for you.

I'm livid from that call

@SharkE  -  Why don't you email the Q Social Team.  Maybe they can help.

@SharkE.  Why don't you contact the mods and see if they can help you?  They have more leeway than the regular CSRs.

They should have to honor the advertised price.  This seems illegal honestly.

Definitely contact the Social Team.

Sometimes it's who you talk with.  When I had an issue the person I spoke with could not/would not help.  I called back and got someone else and the issue was resolved with no problem.

I've read many, many stories online from former QVC customer service representatives detailing how horrible the work from home job turned out.

Very little to minimal training, poor to lax managerial support and extreme pressure to meet upsale quotos, with demerits for missing targets.

Seems like a very thankless vocation.  It's certainly not easy or pleasant and customers assume that they are suppose to know everything about everything.   I don't think it's that straightforward.
