I returned two items over 3 weeks ago.  Just notified I was refunded for one of them.  The other still in limbo.

Right now, I'm getting notifications of delays from USPS, UPS and Fedex.  They are so overwhelmed and certainly don't need returns when they are trying to deliver Christmas gifts and necessities.  I also have had two losses, and one delivered to the wrong address that hasn't been located, so I guess it was kept by the recipient.

Today I received a delay notice on an UPS "next day" delivery!  Should have been delivered today.  No notification on when the package will be delivered.

If your return is not an exchange, then I'd be more inclined to wait until January.  You have until January 31.

I would think returns after Christmas will be really bad.  I am going to try to get my return in the mail this week.

Re: Wonder how Christmas returns will go....

I have 2 parcels to return- 1 to QVC. I will wait until the week after Christmas to send. They are already packed and ready to go.

BTW- the return to the Q is 2 pairs of Diamonique hoop earrings ( for me). No "life " to the stones at all. Quality of this line is very poor- not at all as in years past. Not even tempted by this line ever again after this purchase- and they were not inexpensive!

Mine isn't a gift...they are gingerbread trees that don't light.

I don't know if I will even bother...

I usually don't use Q return labels. Returned some things via UPS, arrived 2 days later at Q and two days after that they were checked in as returned

 I was amazed!

Re: Wonder how Christmas returns will go....

I mailed back three boxes with returns to QVC at the UPS Store yesterday.  Two had their return postage label and the other box had several items that I paid the postage on to save some return postage money.  In the past the ones with their return label is credited much quicker, the one that I pay postage and put in multiple items not so much.  I was told by UPS Store employee that they are not guaranteeing any delivery dates at this point.  I think returns will require extraoridnary patience as much of this year has required.  Happy Holidays!!!

Wonder about ordering anything too.  That will enter the maze too.
