I purchased items ( outdoor lighting) . Tried to write review which was negative and they won't post it.

Hi Jeanea and welcome to the Community.  How long ago did you post the review?  I ask because it can take a few days to show up online.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

You can post a negative review, but the review needs to only talk about the item.

I just wrote a negative review in the past week and it's been posted.  I've also written them in the past.  If they got rejected, it was because of something I wrote that contravened the standards, so I just reworded it till it complied.  I still managed to get the salient points across.

You need to read the standards for writing reviews and you'll probably see why your wasn't accepted.  The most common reasons are customer service issues, like, it didn't work right, shipping took too long, it arrived broken etc.

 

They want an evaluation of the item in good working order.  I've written many negative reviews that were accepted.  Sometimes re-writing it helps.

The item is no longer being sold at QVC so that is why it didn't post.
