Has anyone received an adequate answer about this? I am increasingly unhappy in my dealings with this company. The frontline people are great, but when I try to get supervisory assistance it never happens.

I have made this comment before and will say it again, for a company this aize, they have one of the worst websites ever and they constantly have issues. It is really unacceptable. The positive thing is I am spending less money at the Q. Waiting weeks for an item to ship then another two weeks to receive it is just ridiculous!!!!

My wish list has reappeared but it is an old wish list and outdated. Some items I know are already sold out but they appear as if they are still available. Geesh!!

It's just another nail in the coffin with QVC.  I say this sadly since I've been shopping with QVC since 1988 and am so disappointed with the declining cusstomer service.  I rarely shop anymore because of isues like this and mostly because of the return shipping fees.
