Wish list disappeared - 2nd time in 3 months!

Hey Q:

For the second time in 3 months, my entire wish list has disappeared! What's up?

Whenever I chat with CS, they claim complete ignorance of this, and say I'm the first to log this issue. Surely I'm not the only one?

I only had about 2 dozen items on it, but still...I'm not a happy camper right now!

I had the same frustrating problem....everything wiped out. My response from customer service was to check FAQ's or contact my internet provider because QVC site was not experiencing any problems. They Just lost orders for any items I may have had on my wish list.

I knew I couldn't be the only one. I'm sure there are many more, and clearly it's not a problem with my internet provider but on Q's end.

Too bad they won't acknowledge it or look into it!

I think maybe the Credit Card Gods are trying to get you to spend less money!   Smiley LOL
