If I wanted what your asking me I would say I wanted it when I call in. Makes the phone call longer. High pressure tactics. I don't care for it.

I have a feeling because sometimes they offer additional items you can purchase on automated ordering QVC feels that a person ordering through a CS Rep should be offered the same optional items....

I put up my laptop and tablet up a lot of times when Im watching TV and I dont care for QVC's phone app so I use and prefer the automated ordering number rather than placing the order online through computer or tablet....JMHO
