Why is Rosina so distracted??

Why was Rosina constantly looking to her right through her entire presentation? She did not know the colors or names of items either. Usually like her as a host, but what happened??

They have a monitor off to the side so they can see the presentation... or maybe she was just having an off day. Happens to all of us.
