Why don't hosts know colors?

It's just plain silly that the hosts struggle with the names of colors of clothing items. Why doesn't the production crew label the hangars, or put some ID on the items, so they don't mix up indigo or dark blue, or iris, versus purple. We're trying to purchase and they are struggling. Practice prior to your show!!!!!!!
