Why does UK QVC get hi res video

I just checked out the uk version of q online. Their video presentation clips with their products are much larger (you can enlarge it full screen just like youtube) and higher resolution, so you can actually see the product up close. PLUS they load faster than the usa site. What give with the USA Q website.
