it clearly says in the reviews how unsafe these are ....people getting burned....are they not worried about liability?  Makes me scratch my head??????

@northiie57    The same reason they sell Temptations that crack and fall apart in the oven.  $$$$$

I bought the oven safe gloves and have not had any problem buring myself. They work well for me, however I do know that there is  heat transfer design flaw if you fingers  grab an item and the cloth inbetween the swirly design rests on a hot oven pan. I am aware of this flaw but use them any way

And I can attest to what you said....her dinnerware set I purchased certainly did that (cracked, crazed and even broke)---I followed instructions to the letter, even a bowl I used to serve microwave popcorn in did the same and I washed all the pieces by hand...😣.... Tara should work on improving quality of her kitchenware instead of expanding into home decor.....SMH

I will say that her fall embroidered placements are cute, well made, and they are of nice quality....of course there was no re-order on those....LOL

I don't use any of her items to cook with.  I just use for serving.  I wouldn't trust cooking with her items after reading the reviews on cracking.

The profit they make on this line, must compensate for the  possible cost of litigation.

@northiie57  I love my Temp-tations oven gloves! I have a small and large set; so do my DD and DDIL. You just have to be aware that the knit part is not heat proof. But we find them flexible and very practical. They also protect our wrists. No complaints here.

Nor from me, I have 2 sets of the gloves and have never had the slightest problem.

I have also never had a problem with the bakeware....none.

I'm not saying others haven't, just stating that I own a lot and never personally had a problem.

I never put any stoneware in the dishwasher.  I read the extreme heat can weaken any brand of stoneware.  They clean so easy, I just hand wash.

If I ever did have a problem, I would just toss it.  It isn't exactly a high priced product.

I paid WAY more for my Corningware sets a million yrs ago, and they are impossible to clean!

I have the Temptations oven gloves too.  I have felt the heat through them, more so than I expected.  I am sure there are much better oven gloves on the market.  Besides those, I have one Temptations 9 X 13 pan that has some grazing lines on it.  That is all I have from that line and all I will ever buy.  The quality is just not there.

I also had Temptations crack and fall apart.  My Made In USA dishes are still in good shape for years and even the ones I have that were my Mother's.  That's got to tell you something.
