Why can't they fix this website

They link to facebook, twitter and all that junk, but can't fix the stupid website. I haven't been able to get my wish list to work and now this morning I can't log into my Order Status page at all. Funny, the site let me log on here, but not in my account or order status for things I really need to check. I've had it. If I can ever get to my account, I'm cancelling everything.{#emotions_dlg.mad}
