Why can't Q fix their own website?

So many problems with their website & this has been for weeks now at least. I can't remove items from Wish List, wish list had old items for several years back that were deleted, homepage doesn't let you see what items were recently on air. It reverts back to latest day as several days ago. For instance today, Tues March 22, it only goes back to Fri March 18. You try to order item on air from homepage but it says 'sorry not available', but in reality, it is not sold out. I cannot see how this is not negatively impacting sales. Seems ironic for them to be pushing facebook & twitter & all things online, yet their own technology for their website is so problematic.
