Placed an order for twice baked cookies and a rechargeable flashlight yesterday and now they’re showing on Backorder in my Order Status??


Neither item Sold Out. 😜


Anyone else having this issue w/ orders ??

I know, right??  I ordered the Just Bagels at a one day only price early yesterday morning at about 7:00 AM eastern time before they were ever shown on TV.  Looked at order status and they are on backorder.  I think it should be first come/first serve.  Just checked availability and they are not sold out. Or possibly they really are sold out but the website is not updated. 

I hope you get your cookies soon. Me, I expect to receive that infamous email that my order cannot be fulfilled.

You'll have to ask The Great Almighty because, for sure,  nobody here can answer.  Maybe the food vendors don't know when they get around to baking.  My Jimmy the Baker order, at a special price week before last, was 4 or 5 days late in shipping.  Finally arrived by Next Day Air.

Soooo I called Customer Service because I REALLY want those cookies !! 😂

The rep told me there’s a glitch in their system and my cookies should arrive by June 7th.

Forgot to ask the arrival date for my husband’s flashlight though. 😂

all my orders so far this weekend reverted to backorder.

i'm not concerned as it appears to be a system issue.

@RescueLover - Glad you got a result.  My Bare Minerals TSV went to backorder, then to "in process", returned to backorder and then was canceled with no notice or explanation.  (Still haven't had an email, apology or explanation.)
