Why? Still having multiple hosts on shows…

If things are so tight financially that they have to lay off Carolyn and all those other employees, why are they still having shows with two hosts?  I could see occasionally on a special show but not the constant Courney and Jane shows.  Shoe shows, fashion shows.  Do they think the viewers are stupid?  I know this has probably been discussed but I cannot stop

bringing it up.  Courtney is a very capable host by herself.  Jane - well someone in management likes her style.  Not me.  I skip all her shows. But if Jane is capable enough to keep on board, then she should be alone in her shows.

Mgmt must have their reasons.  None of us would have answers for you.  I doubt it has anything to do with viewers stupidity.  They do not answer to us.

Kourtney should go- not a good host at all.

Did anybody see how short Julia's dress was?

Just stop the over selling, too obvious.

I was flipping channels and saw Courtney and Jane on with a product presenter.

I really think Jane can handle these shows on her own.

She is a pro, has her following, and can sell tons of product.

With much respect, Courtney adds no value to the conversation when presenting a product other than repeating colors every 5 seconds.

She is a pretty woman, perhaps she can be a model on the shows?

Totally agree with everything you said. It doesn't make sense and frankly the two of them together are a nuisance.

It's too bad they don't listen to the customers.

We only want ONE host at a time!

I wonder this too.  No other channel does this.  I have not watched a presentation on Q in a long time.  When I do pass it while looking for something to watch I feel for me it is too much going on to actually enjoy a presentation.  Especially when they have a spokesperson for the product on there too.

@misschristy    QVC management sees the sales figures and can best judge what formula generates the most activity.  The responsibility to stockholders is on them so don't spend your time worrying about it.

Hosts are on contract, they are not paid by the hour.

They could use a digitalized "person" using flash cards as host, and use mannequins as "models".
