Re: Why? Still having multiple hosts on shows…

@Effie54 I agree with you except Courtney says "Yar" Instead of Yes.

2 things.  1  multiple hosts make it easier on them both- can you imagine having to talk non stop for a 3-4 hour shift?  I couldnt do that. Same reason news channels have more than 1 reporting the news.  2- lets stop the Jane hating.  I'll bet Jane sells more than most hosts.  She's energetic, relateable and a very hard worker.

It doesn't matter WHY. Thats what they want. If you don't like it don't

watch. The constant complaints about 2 hosts - geeeesh!

Re: Why? Still having multiple hosts on shows…

2 hosts don't bother me (unles they're being silly and I HATE silliness in grown women)

but I discovered that when there are 3 people....I can't follow anything they are saying and it's pure chaos. The food shows are awful when this happens. Turn the channel which means I won't be buying because I can't hear what is being said about the PRODUCT.

In entertainment and broadcasting, the talent have a contract. It does not mean they are independent contractors. I would be very surprised if they didn't earn additional incentive based on sales and receive a generous benefits package. If theyre successful, I would assume they renegotiate their compensation at contract renewal.

This subject has been beaten to death but, I agree. One of the reasons I stopped watching QVC because it became so juvenile and silly. Saving me money though. Do you think Shawn can save QVC?
