Preparing order??  QVC your taking to long to ship things.  Souldn't take this long.  I guess Amazon has me spoiled but even other companies don't take this long.   Why can't QVC get with it???  Makes me order less because I am not sure what year I am going to get it.  LOL

I ordered a few things from J Jill on Saturday.  They haven't shipped yet and probably won't ship tomorrow.  Even target takes 3+ days.  Comparing any company to Amazon is futile

I am not a prime customer and don't want to be.  I only order from Amazon when I can't find a product elsewhere.  The last order I placed took eight days to receive.  That's not so great.

My opinion is that people in general have become very inpatient. Since technically has changed things people want an answer to a text right away, packages to arrive quickly, shipping to happen right away, , etc. Unless I am ordering for a specific event, I don't care if my package comes in 3, 5,  or 7 days or longer. The postal service often delays a package arriving also. Everyone compares  qvc delivery  to Amazons but that is like comparing apples to oranges, plus I pay $15.99 for that Amazon fast delivery. If I need something right away I go to Amazon but even they sometimes don't deliver next day.
Some of my qvc packages come in a few days, sometimes 10 days. I think it depends on where it is shipping from. I am on the east coast and if shipping is from California, it takes a week from the day of shipping. If the product comes from PA warehouse I have it in a few days. All good; it's not going to change my life when I get it.

@Catch71   I have 2 orders still preparing.  One  order was made on aug 9  and the other aug 11.  Sorry but this is insane.  I refuse to order anything else till these orders are shipped. I will think long and hard about orders in the future.  Shopping here used to be fun but now it is one big headache.

Re: Why 3 days sometimes more

It doesn't matter to me what I order or where it's coming from. They give me 7-10 days, and I can't remember receiving any items before the 10 days.

I don't order anything I expect in the near future. And it takes so long, I've forgotten what it is when delivered.

I usually will order somewhere else when wanted in a hurry.

So, the Q struggling to get out from underwater, and they're still using delivery from over 30 years ago.

Wouldn't S&D be the firs thing you would approve....
