I think what version of QVC you see depends on what device and browser you are using. On my ipad mini with the latest IOS, I have the newer version with the floating banner on the top. It shows this view whether I have my ipad mini in portrait or landscape.

 

On my ipad 2 with IOS 9.3.5, it shows the newer version only when the ipad is in portrait view. When I turn the ipad to the landscape view then the floating navigation horizontal banner at the top of the page disappears to be replaced by the older static view horizontal banner that made it easy to find the items that were recently aired.

 

On my older desktop Windows 7 computer, I have the older page view.

My iPad still has the new page but my Mac has the old one.  strange.

YES! I hated the ''new and improved'' page.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Oh, Now If only HSN would bring their old format back. Go talk to them QVC.
