Who the heck is in charge of shipping??

A couple of weeks ago, I complained because I received a $1,000+ Eternagold bracelet in a plain cardboard box. I ended up returning it.

This week, Q offered a different EG bracelet for about the same price on easy pay so I ordered it. It came in a nice velvet Eternagold box which was protected by a cardboard sleeve.

Why different ??????????
