She is a vendor, not QVC employee.  Candace Cameron Bure is an American actress, producer, author, and talk show panelist. She is known for her role as D.J. Tanner on Full House, which she reprised as D.J. Tanner-Fuller on Fuller House.

She is a vendor for Day Spring (a Christian bookstore) and has her own line there.

She got her start as a child actress playing D.J. on Full House in the 80's and the recent Fuller House on Netflix.

She is a frequent actress in Hallmark movies.

Her brother is Kirk Cameron who played Mike on Growing Pains and is now a Christian movie producer and minister.

never heard of her but I stoppd following the Hollywood scene in the 1990s.  Its out of control with the narcisissm.  Bring back the pictures from the 50s and 60s when Hollywood was alluring and in its full glory.

Yes she is in those ads and has been known as Candace Cameron Bure (her married name) for years. She is star of the Aurora Teagarden Mystery series on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries.

She also stars in one of the Hallmark Mystery movies where she plays a librarian and solves mysteries.  It is one of my favorites.
