It was 1987 when I was going through the channels, I found a lovely two piece set with floral design on the top and bottom. I bought it and wore it for Mother's Day! Got several compliments,
I am still watching and ordering through the years!

I think around the beginning of the nineties was when I started to watch the Q. I didn't buy right away and at that time you had to buy the item while on air or you missed out. I didn't watch the jewelry or clothes shows so I am guessing I bought a collectible as the Q did have those type shows.

1986. I do not remember what I bought. I bought from HSN probably 1985 before QVC was available on TV where I lived. That I remember - a gold plated Technibond ring with little rubies in it. Maybe $35.00 or so. ![]()

Late 80's. Maybe 1989?

It was 1986 and I didn't buy right away, because honestly I thought it was silly. I think my first purchase was a gold herringbone bracelet , and the rest is history. LOL

It's funny. I believe I first happened across it in the early 2000's. The host was Lisa Robertson and for the first few weeks when I'd happen by, I found the concept infinitely funny in a ridiculous sort of way. That said, Lisa spun her magic and I became sort of hooked. My first purchase, a prasiolite ring sold to me by none other than Lisa, was about a month out of the gate. My interest started to fade after a few years, when the programming became infinitely redundant, the presentations too long and the products highly repetitive but not very interesting. Once Lisa left I more or less turned off. I still watch very occasionally but when I shop, which isn't very often, it's pretty much via the website.

Around 1990. I was watching CVN when all of a sudden everything flipped over to QVC. CVN went on for a time before shutting down. Some of the original hosts stayed. I believe they were in MN. Kathy Levine and Bob Bowersox were the first two hosts at QVC. I do not recall what I bought first, but did win a $1000. shopping spree.

I think it was around 2010 and it was probably something Lisa Robertson sold me 😁

Probably early 2000's and my aunt had a gift sent to me directly and, the rest (as they say) is history.
