I use the QVC label for convenience.  I smack it on the package and it goes to the mailroom at my company.  My time is worth it.

However, I do understand both viewpoints and options.   I like that we have a choice.

I have never seen a UPS label included with any of my QVC purchases.  Their pre printed label is always from USPS.  And when I have used them I can never get any tracking info...lot's of complaints posted in the Customer Care forum about that.

I always have them scan it at post office and get a receipt....you never know what could happen and that is your proof.

For the most part if I have to send back several items I would have post office do it instead...as Q (unless items were sent to you in same bag/order form) will charge you on each item a 6.95 return fee which is totally wrong!

I would never use the QVC return label again.  You will be charged the $6.95 and also the shipping fee you already paid again.  I was told this is to get the return to the right place.  So you may end up paying item price + original shipping + $6.95 return label + original shipping fee again.  That is so not fair but QVC states it is explained somewhere.  I have emailed customer service several times but never got a response.  Again, pay your own shipping.  It will be cheaper!

This is not true. You do not pay original shipping twice. You pay it once and if you return an item you get refunded the amount you paid minus original shipping and the Q return label fee if you used it.
