Where's my EZ pay?

Was just told by CS that the special EZ pay offer that a few people received awhile back was "random." As some people recommended, I decided to ask for it tonight as there was a jewelry piece I wanted. Nope, nada, ain't happening. Considering the amount of $ I spend at the Q, very rude. Another nail in the coffin and turnoff for me! They could have just given it to me, but flatly no. Hmmmm. Should I ask to speak with a supervisor?
