@San Antonio Gal  Devout Disney lovers dress for each Disney event.  This looks like it was Disney's Old Hollywood at Christmastime event, called Jollywood.  It occurs every November - December.

I really enjoy Jane.  She seems like a very happy person to me and one that doesn't really care what other people think of her.  We should all be so happy!  She always appears to be having a great time no matter what she's doing.  Good for her!

 I only knew that because Jane's daughter posts nearly all of their Disney events on social media.  Then seeing the photo posted here, I just searched "Jollywood" online to see what that event was.
