Where did the QVC HD channel on comcast infinity northern california go?

Reboot and my cable Box yesterday and the QVC HD channel has disappeared? When in to search and the only channel is 14 which is regular TV. Since my programming is set up for HD channels only I can no longer season QVC.

I'm not in California nor do I have Comcast but I suggest calling Comcast.

Mine is still 14 and 189 for HD on Comcast. No changes. we do not have any other QVC channels at all.

Call Comcast.  I had to reboot once and lost QVC, just tell the agent what the channel number was and they will fix while they are talking to you.

in the baltimore area........comcast xfinity......

 

qvc is on 13 and on 806 for HD.

 

qvc2 is on 86 and on 867 for HD.

 

qvc3 is on 87 and on 925 for HD.

Sounds like it depends on your exact location.  I’m in what could be considered Nocal, but Qvc for me is channel 12 or channel 719 in HD.
