I've noticed that all but one of my questions and one of my responses is still there. Why have they disappeared? I take the time to answer questions and provide insight and they get poofed later on. And maybe my questions that get answered might help someone else. What's up with that? Is there a time limit and then our questions and responses get erased?

4getthemail, You (and all posters) can click on your nickname and see your posting history.

(You also can click on "My Activity" in the top right corner of the page, when you're signed in.)

The number of posts displayed in your history won't match the number of posts displayed under your name here, because when the moderator deletes or "poofs" something it doesn't affect your total post count.

As an example, under your nickname on this thread I see "9 Posts" but if I click on your name I only see 6 posts listed. So, 2 of them were deleted by the moderator. (That doesn't mean you posted something against the standards, by the way. It could've been an entire thread that was removed, with all the comments attached to it.)

Mine shows 2218 in both places and a lot of threads I have been on are deleted so the number should be different?

This might explain it better. There are 2 types of "post counts" for each of us.

#1: Actual total number of posts ever made by the person. This number is the one you see under your name on every one of your posts, and also the number you see displayed as "Total Posts" on your "My Activity" page. Those always will match because they are the same thing.

#2: Actual posts remaining which are still available to be read. This is the manual count of existing posts after deletions. It's the actual total posts ever made (#1) minus the number of deleted posts. That number isn't displayed anywhere for us to see. To get that tally, you'd have to go to your "My Activity" page and do a manual count of the posts you see there. That's more easily done (obviously) for someone with a low count, so the OP's is a good example to look at.

Hi guys. What I am referring to is when you go to a specific item you can either write a product review or you can also ask a question or answer it (about that specific item). I've asked a good number of questions about product size, color, features, etc as well as answering questions for others. They are gone. There's only 2 showing now. Last week I answered someone's question about what the differences are between the Bose color and Bose mini speakers. And now that's gone too. Has anyone else noticed that their questions and answers have disappeared too?

Hi, I cant find where the questions/answers to a specific items are now? Does anyone know or has QVC removed this important and vital feature?! It helped many of us, I hope im wrong and it is still there, but I just cant find it, I looked where to as a question is, but that's not what I mean. This is question/answer was close to where the Cart button was. I really hope they bring it back, it sure did help a lot!!!! QVC BRING THIS FEATURE BACK!!!!

I can still the community Q&A section. It's under the Facebook and Tweet symbols. But you're right. Many of the items say to be the first person to ask a question. Computer glitch maybe?? Or everyone's Q&A has been wiped out.

The questions and answers are still there for products.

You have to look under the product description, and you'll see 2 tabs:

Customer Reviews and Community Q&A

It seems to default to the reviews, so click on "Community Q&A" to see those.

In some cases, a browser issue will block these choices. Be sure to clear cookies, cache, website data. Or try a different browser to test the waters. (And if you're using certain addons/extensions to protect your privacy, like Ghostery for example, you'll have to disable those temporarily.)

(eta: Remember, however, there are some products which don't have any questions/answers posted yet -- and it's likely some have been removed, just like some reviews, by the powers that be.)

There are many questions, really dumb ones, that SHOULD be removed.
