I have not had a video option for the items I have been intersted in for at least a day or so now. Too bad....I would likely have purchased if they had been available.

NOT a happy QVC shopper.

I have chrome and it's been updated.  When I click on the link you provided I do not have a video button to click on.

@Pecky,  Did you clear cookies and cache first?  I think the QVC website is setting LSO's and they need to be removed in order for the videos to work.  (I clear them at least once a day, so that's probably why the problem isn't there when I use Chrome.)

I don't mean to sound stupid but how do I do that?  I went on HSN & Evine to see if I can see videos there and I can.  I've had this issue since QVC enhanced their website to hover over the item and it automatically zooms in on the product.

I made a post yesterday that things that were appearing on air weren't posting videos, and now this afternoon, I can't get any to come up, and I know the items had videos because I watched them in the past.

QVC PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, AND FIX IT!!!!

Now, for me the videos popup and take up half the screen when you bring up an item. With no way to "x" them out...

The steps might vary a little depending on your device, operating system, version of browser, etc., (mobile devices are different, too) but here's basic info for computers in case it's helpful.  (I never use IE, so I hope these links are useful -- if not, I hope our IE experts can offer advice about it.)

I'll mention something else that has not been working for me for a few weeks. I always go through Mr. Rebates for my QVC purchases and they are not working. Thought it might be on my end but now I wonder if it is all QVC.

Re: Where are the videos??

[ Edited ]

I do not see any product video's at all.  I am using IE 11.  I could see them until last night or early this morning.  This is an issue.  How am I supposed to shop online if I cannot see the videos?

I have a MacBook Pro with Safari and Chrome.

The problem is on QVC's end
