When did Primetime Specials begin on QVC?

Am I the last one to the party? Haven't watched QVC in a couple of years, so it was a surprise to see it recently. I watch the videos of QVC programs in the middle of the night or the following day.

 

Wonder what I've been missing! My downfall is high-end linens, but I'm not sure QVC carries them any longer. How I miss the Northern Nights items of years ago. The new vendors put polyester in their linens; I prefer 100% cotton. Have noticed SHR has some nice items, which I have ordered and was happy upon receipt.
