@Pook
Your post is spot-on. I find these forums dominated by the same 100 or so pearl-clutchers who want things to go back to 1956, but younger and more open-minded men and women post in the LIVE CHATS.
My feeling is these QVC forums mirror the QVC programming, which skews Christian, traditional, conservative and family-focused.

Someone said this here about host Julia appealing to younger viewers. I laughed at this too. She doesn't sell or attempt to, to any younger viewers. The clothes today are the same regardless of the age group. Perhaps many years ago viewers and buyers were of younger ages, they actually had a group of really great designers who brought all sorts of styles here to attract a younger viewing public. Back then it would have been the 30 and 40 year olds - I was in that category and there were great items way back then but certainly not now. The designers hit all the categories of all sorts of fashions to wear not only for the workforce of women here but for fun weekend casual wear.

Now it's nothing but sweatpants, joggers for the gym and shirts to go with. We are SO tired of that stuff and have tons of it, we are D-O-N-E .
