Yes, you are welcome to return anything that you were not happy with! But you're going to pay shipping both ways! That is at least $10.50 right out of your pocket for nothing!

I think 99% of people used to TV shopping know that you pay to have it shipped to you, and then pay on returns to have it shipped back.

@Gkhm ...or $12.50 for a bag (TSV) last week just to get it to you. Add shipping to return if it's not what you want.

I've rarely run into places that tell you those things up front.
In fact, most retailers rarely mention their return policy at all--you usually have to hunt for it somewhere on their site in the fine print.

@geezerette I often shop sales at Norstrom, Banana Republic and Gap. Free ship and returns. Also big shopper at Amazon....prime member, so also free ship both ways.

I don’t think people know that. Especially the younger demographic used to the big retailers that ship for free both ways.

This is puzzling to me. You ordered it, why should the company send it to you FREE and ship it back FREE?
You ordered it. They didn't just send it. You don't like it. YOU pay the postage. Not everyone else who ordered something. Others shouldn't pay for your actions. What is what happend with "free" shipping." It costs a company to ship things and you are the one who buys. So you should pay for it. Not the rest of us.
There is no free lunch. Well let's say if you get a "free" lunch someone else somewhere is footing the bill.

@Sooner I disaree. Some stores DO ship free and have for many years to make more sales.

I shop at many places that give free shipping over a minimal amount........I'm plus sized and have, in the past 2 years, found great pants at Target (and do store returns). Macy's is another, and Walgreens for some basic stuff.
I don't mind paying for return shipping as I can just drop a package off at UPS or put it in our mailbox. I hate having to pay for return postage myself as it's usually higher.

I always add shipping when I consider buying. Price of item + shipping = total cost. If shipping happens to be free, then it is a reduced total cost. If I am unsure about item but really want it, I consider the possible return shipping cost in my decision.
