What the heck? QVC won't post my review and their reasons are bogus!

I submitted a review for the Lissi Interactive African American Doll and posted a not so positive review because I was not happy with the packaging of the doll itself. It did not come in its own box as most dolls do but the doll with all its accessories and batteries were sealed in a plastic and then stuffed in a narrow shipping box. I was going to ship it out to a friend's daughter but had a hard time looking for a nice enough box for the doll so I can wrap it nicely and then put in a shipping box. Now here is the e-mail QVC sent stating why my review cannot be posted:

- When the review focuses more on a service issue rather than the product itself: we consider all your experiences with a product or manufacturer, but the review can¦t be posted as a Customer Review.
(What service issue? I focused on the doll!)
- When the review is submitted for one product, but is written about a different product: when this happens, please know we try to find the right product to match with the review, but when we cannot, the review cannot be posted. (What different product? I talked about the doll!)
