OP, my suggestion is to NEVER EVER use the Q label to ship something back. If it's just tops you need to send back then use a small box and send them back youself, where YOU pay the shipping at the Post Office.

 

Since they are all tops they would be sent to:

 

QVC, Inc.
Returns Department
1000 Stony Battery Road
Lancaster, PA 17601

 

I just sent back 4 items. Two pairs of shoes, a top and a handbag.  They all went back to the above address. If I would have used the Q label I would be out $27.80 from my returns.  I bought a 69 cent box and it cost me $10.80 to mail it all back in that one box.  That's a BIG difference.

 

If you are just returing tops, then the cost probably wouldn't be a lot because they are not a heavy item.
