I think it depends and it is no particular brand.  If I find something I’d like to buy, I will check other prices on line to see where it might be cheaper and what the terms are, especially free shipping.  There have been quite a few times, especially on shoes, where I’ve been able to purchase at a lower price with free shipping and returns.  They win!

That said, I love MarlaWynne on HSN.  No brand I’m that loyal to on Q.

No products have kept me loyal to Q.  Maybe it's the hosts that have drawn me in.  There was a time that the gold shows were a great interest, but those were replaced with other metals.  Loved The Elegance of 18k gold with Pat and Silver Style with Jane and miss those!

I haven't done much shopping or viewing with HSN.  Their Tootie horn drove me off years ago and I never really went back except to check in every once in a while.

For many years I was drawn in by the amazing on-air variety, some of the hosts and the warm, relaxing shopping atmosphere... Those days have been long gone. Given their current operation and the dire lack of real customer incentives, I'm afraid my loyalty ship has sailed... There's really nothing special about shopping here anymore...
