What is the new Truth and lending for EP ???

this is the first time I've seen this when placing is Oder using EP.  It says I have to agree in order to place your order.  Is this something new or a mistake ?

No it's been that way for quite a while. If you click on Edit you can change it to one full payment which is what I always do. I called CS and asked them to please make my option always full payment and she said she did but it still always reverts to easy pay if I don't manually change it.

this is news to me !   I actually have been placing orders using EP all along and that never popped up .  In fact ordered an item just a while before on the 6 EPS and wasn't there.  I find it very strange to all of a sudden have to sign an agreement now .

@Kitty Galore - Maybe it was just one of the many glitches in the website? I just placed two orders, both with Easy Pay, and I didn't see anything like what you're describing.
