I received this email today from the Q regarding order delays
Dear QVC Shopper,
We want to let you know that we've experienced an unexpected delay in fulfilling your order(s), and we understand how frustrating that can be. Recently, we made an important upgrade to the technology in our Ontario Fulfillment Center. While this change will ultimately improve our service, it has temporarily resulted in delayed deliveries.
We are working around the clock to resolve the issue and deliver your product as soon as possible. We have also made temporary changes to avoid impacts to future orders. As a small token of apology for the inconvenience, a $15 credit will be issued to your QVC account by Monday, March 10.
Your understanding and patience during this time means a lot to us. If you have any questions our customer service team is here to help every day from 7AM – 1AM EST at 800-367-9444.

I was wondering if it had to do with financial issues regarding payments. That was nice they offered a $15 credit for the inconvenience.

Hi @sligo Call customer service if it hasn't shipped yet.
I am happy to report that I have received all but 2 of the 9 items in my 2/23 order. Those 2 qvc designated "backordered" after I placed my order. One of those I cancelled, and the other one I will wait for because it is a dress for less than $30. QVC typically doesn't bill until it ships, and I don't mind waiting for this deal. All of these items came from Pennsylvania to NYC, so not sure how Ontario was involved. Each of the seven items received were packaged/shipped separately. A couple of them were delivered by USPS Surepost, most UPS.
I am thinking the Ontario warehouse was holding the newest items. The top I ordered on 2/26 is a new Logo top and was shipped from Ontario on Monday March 10 and it is now, more than 2 weeks later, in an LA warehouse. This is via USPS. I'll have to be patient.
Two of the 3 items I ordered on March 3 arrived pretty fast, via UPS. The third one was backordered, but is now "in process" so I hope that is good news.
I ordered some earth sandals on March 8 because I saw my orders moving, and earth fits me well! They are in NJ, UPS, and I hope I get them tomorrow.
So hopefully whatever was going on seems fixed.
I am thinking about the new tariffs and the uncertainty surrounding that, it will probably affect delivery of new merchandise. Maybe that is why all the new merchandise is "backordered". So I will have to think about that.

@NYCLatinaMe the same thing happened to me. On Monday I received a box containing 4 of my delayed orders. However they are still showing up as preparing for delivery, I spoke to CS avd they have no record of the items being delivered to me.
this is nuts!!!!!

@Teddixat - it sounds like a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
