Here's a strange occurence. I sent back a ring for an exchange for a different size- It was sent yesterday and arrived today UPS. OMG!! RARE to say the least. Good luck on everyone's orders, hope they arrive soon.

Posters here are conflating 2 issues, QVC not sending orders and deliveries. The OP is not about deliveries.
The issue here, that I am also expriencing, is that QVC is not shipping orders. So what is that about?
We are being told to cancel? Not a way to help QVC w sales. I hate returning, and I wouln't want qvc to expect me to return late orders if I cancel them. I would be happy to receive items I ordered.
Please help!

I AM FED UP TOO WITH QVC INCONSISTENCY! I orderecd some sandals the other night...oh, you know how Shawn and everyone gets to you...got an email this morning (Wed) saying they were arriving Thursday...I thought, great! I'm going away for the weekend so I can plan my wardrobe around them, right?? So then this afternoon, I get another email saying they will not be delivered until late Saturday night! So that blows them for the weekend! I called CS...took forever to get to a human...she was not sympathetic at all...blamed it on "QVC's suppliers"....
BUT WHY DO THEY SEND EMAILS WITH MIS-INFORMATION IN THE FIRST PLACE????
I said this over and over..."never buying anything from QVC again"...but somehow I always cave. This time, I am really going to try to buy from somewhere else...years ago, QVC was the only game in town for "on the spot" purchases but now hey! Always check Amazon and every other website out there.

Wow, @charsha. I can't believe qvc would process a return and ship a replacement in one day. I sure have never seen a vendor do that. Did you call ahead of time to tell them about the exchange? Maybe they had already shipped?

@NYCLatinaMe I did not make a call about the return/exchange, and just figured it would take some time. The return was received on 2/28, and they mailed it on 3/4- Still stuns me.

Thanks @charsha for the explanation. I thought you meant you had returned it yesterday and they had already sent you a replacement. That would have been something.
I have received many items the day after they are shipped by the retailer. That does not surprise me.

@luvmybeetle. I think the Social Team is out on the wharf in California waiting for our ship to come in.
There's obviously a shipping delay of some kind, could be storms in the Pacific. I've got 3 of those items and only one was mentioned as being an advanced order.

I found some answers online. I keyed in , why is qvcs shipping so slow. Most of the answers were from this board, however, there are two sites that state a possible cause. QVC has switched to mail innoventions, which is a service that can ship at their convenience. It is not the post office in reality. I also heard that in returns, if you you use your own label you will receive refund more quickly. As the label allows pkg to travel at the deliveries convenience. Also, if you see item is returned, it is better to call QVC CS and tell them nicely, lol your item is returned and they will check and if so issue your refund right away. Otherwise it can take up to 2 weeks after item is returned. This information is only as true as the source, but I did trust this one

The complaint here is NOT slow delivery, it is that QVC has not gotten the orders in the hands of the delivery company. They are sitting in QVC's hands. Weird. qvc is "preparing" them.
ps: I don't think qvc is using mail innovations anymore, a USPS service, for delivery, which is NOT what we are complaining about. They did use innovations for many years in the past. I had 3 deliveries in January, all by UPS, no innovation. Someone posted QVC no longer uses USPS mail innovations for delivery, which is consistent with my experience. But delivery is not the complaint by the OP. The complaint is that QVC is taking weeks to get the merchandise out.
Hope we get an explanation. Maybe QVC cut too many inventory and customer service people.

@NYCLatinaMe - they had stopped using USPS Mail Innovations for a while, but are now back to it. I have 3 orders that are taking forever because of it.
