I am happy to report that I have received all but 2 of the 9 items in my 2/23 order. Those 2 qvc designated "backordered" after I placed my order. One of those I cancelled, and the other one I will wait for because it is a dress for less than $30. QVC typically doesn't bill until it ships, and I don't mind waiting for this deal. All of these items came from Pennsylvania to NYC, so not sure how Ontario was involved. Each of the seven items received were packaged/shipped separately. A couple of them were delivered by USPS Surepost, most UPS.
I am thinking the Ontario warehouse was holding the newest items. The top I ordered on 2/26 is a new Logo top and was shipped from Ontario on Monday March 10 and it is now, more than 2 weeks later, in an LA warehouse. This is via USPS. I'll have to be patient.
Two of the 3 items I ordered on March 3 arrived pretty fast, via UPS. The third one was backordered, but is now "in process" so I hope that is good news.
I ordered some earth sandals on March 8 because I saw my orders moving, and earth fits me well! They are in NJ, UPS, and I hope I get them tomorrow.
So hopefully whatever was going on seems fixed.
I am thinking about the new tariffs and the uncertainty surrounding that, it will probably affect delivery of new merchandise. Maybe that is why all the new merchandise is "backordered". So I will have to think about that.
