I ordered 2 beauty items Feb.22 and they are still saying "preparing order". I have NEVER had such a delay as this in all the years I have ordered. Called twice no real answers...

@bargainsgirl Unfortunately if CS couldn't give you answers I doubt anyone here could. But, I will say, I never order anything from QVC with the intention of receiving it in a timely manner. I order anticipating not receiving for awhile and to be honest, most often I am pleasantly surprised.
I also have to add that many times I receive the item before the shipping information has been updated on the website. It may just show up at your doorstep in a couple days even if it states still preparing.

@cjm61 I know, right? But I agree with the OP. It's hot abd cold. Sometimes they ship fast abd other times not so much. I have an order "preparing order"since 2-16. I called CS - she couldn't explain but offered to cancel and send out another order- which is still in the preparing your order stats. She also said I wouldn't have to pay return shipping if by some chance she was unable to cancel abd I receive the initial order

I was about to post the same thing. I placed a substantial order (8 items) on February 23, and they are still preparing them. That was the last of about 5 days of free shipping.
I also ordered one item on 2/26, which they are also "preparing". I called to request a price adjustment and mentioned the delay in shipping the 2/23 order, and the cs rep said something about canceling if they haven't met their deadline. I told her I actually wanted the items and wasn't pressed for them, all true! But that delay is ridiculous. All but one of the items were clearance, and the non-clearance was an item that they had presented a few days earlier, so it's not like new inventory hasn't arrived.
Is QVC selling things they don't have?
I have never seen a delay like this in phone or internet shopping ever.
A new low for sure. I am concerned.

I am having the same problem with orders from 2/16 and many on 2/22. I called CS yesterday and they have no idea! They said many orders are having problems with no direction from the top! They are talking to each other on the team but no one has answers! She said there are many unhappy customers??

I have the same problem with orders around 2/22. I sent a message to the Q Social Team twice and no answer yet. I also called CS and all she did was note them and sent it to (I guess) the Social Team. This is getting really frustrating.

Crazy right ? I have had several orders recently that were delivered timely, 2 orders that came in the same box ! However !! I ordered the Egg Harbor TSV Salmon on 2/23 and it still says " Waiting for Carrier Pickup" 10 days today since my order was placed. I called Egg Harbor's cs dept today and told my order got lost via UPS so they will cancel at my request and refund my money. Done and I won't be ordering salmon again at this point !
