I don't do much shopping here anymore----am done with the shipping time and rising costs as well as the silliness of most of the hosts here---and talking about trusting the host who is hawking an item--I have NEVER put trust in anything that a sales person says to get you to buy something. They are there to make you THINK you can't live without that item or that it will change your life--nothing here has ever changed my life--maybe my bank balance. The times I have dealt with CS has been very satisfactory even on Live Chat--and when there are IT issues--OMG--can make you crazy. But I mostly come here for these boards. Sounds like you need someone on your end to figure out your computer--my son does all that for me.

Maybe try withholding your payments for the items you never received. I've had to resort to financial withholding from vendors who didn't come through for me. Ultimately these are financial transactions, impersonal and incorrectible by lowly customer service. Contact your bank and if necessary file a dispute. You don't have to pay for something you never received.
