What is Send the Trend?

I see that QVC is pushing this site and I went to it, but have not a clue what the heck it is. Is it just another shopping site for QVC? I have seen the woman sitting with whoever is on Facebook, but not sure what she is supposed to be doing. Is it another social media thing they are pushing? Has anyone bought anything there and why there and not on QVC?
